1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tathkira (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including event organizers, attendees, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
Tathkira provides an event ticketing and registration platform designed for community organizations, mosques, and event organizers. Our services include event creation, ticket sales and distribution, attendee management, and QR-based check-in.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Event Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, compliance with local laws and regulations, fulfilling obligations to ticket holders, and handling refunds in accordance with their stated refund policy.
5. Ticket Purchases & Refunds
All ticket purchases are subject to the refund policy set by the event organizer. Tathkira facilitates the transaction but is not the seller of the tickets. Service fees charged by Tathkira are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to distribute harmful or fraudulent content, to resell tickets in violation of organizer policies, or to attempt to circumvent our security measures.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tathkira is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
